Treating each tenant as an individual
Prospect Living recognises the duty of care our team has to each tenant. Our team will offer tailored support to our residents to overcome any issues that they have and ensure their welfare is priority, for example, substance misuse, drug and alcohol related issues, mental health issues, and also support in their finances in terms of budgeting and setting goals.
Each property will offer a safe environment, ensuring all building related and environmental statutory requirements are met, whilst creating a safe, suitable home for residents.
Our team come from a wealth of experience within the supported housing sector and have professional, comprehensive training to provide care and support to vulnerable tenants.
